Act of stupidity?

How on earth a team of surgeons to operate if they don't know the anatomy marking of a structure? Before they can operate conventionally, they want to venture into something fancy.... can anyone imagine that?

Am not going to let them operate on me.

Struggling since morning with the new fancy way to operate and have to convert later in the evening and still struggling when i passed over in the night....

Half way thru, one of them asked, 'where is the nerve?' 'is this the structure?'

Funny Road Name...

I have been here in Kelantan for two months and this is my third month here. I went to few regular places for my dining and few of the road's name really amazed me... got Jalan Pintu Pong, Jalan Gajah Mati, Jalan Pintu Geng and list goes on.... Some of the menu also got strange name, Kuih Malas, juice TAR? don't believe me, just check it out the photos i took...
