I did round today and i noticed this in one of the patient... please do take care of this small basic thing...
See the way the branula is being anchored, and the extension to the ventilator tubing, leaking without being noticed by the nurses in the ward... there is persisted hissing sound from the tubing...

Hospital also need to have in-house plumber to fix the tubing/piping... I thought only factory needed to have such maintenance people...
